There are always moments that make you realize that Chicago is the best city in the world, and the Mayor's Office of Special Events helped orchestrate some of them this summer, as the Chicago Outdoor Film Festival brought Chicagoans (and their picnic baskets) to Grant Park to take in such treats as "A Hard Day's Night," "Some Like it Hot" and "Carmen Jones." The closing night, though, was perhaps the best, as viewers turned out in droves to pack the park, take in the skyline and the lake breeze, and cheer for the Sharks and the Jets.
