Best cultural gem in hyde park
Hyde Park Art Center This South Side institution has gone through some major personnel changes in the last year, including losing longtime curator Annie Morse to graduate school. But not a single one of the shows has been lax in quality, often focusing this year on the role of print in our culture. Whether celebrating the history of Playboy magazine or little-known art journal Whitewalls, HPAC has had nothing but solid offerings.
