You might feel full and fit after any number of world-class restos in our fair city, but the most urgently splurgent would have to be Grant Achatz’s maximal minimalism, where flavors on a twenty-four course $175 tasting menu, delivered on quirky custom-designed serving tools, are concocted from more non-nutritive ingredients than anything in a five-block radius of Mickey D’s.
