The wine flights are all named after the actors who played James Bond and while Sean Connery is everyone`s favorite, the drinker in the mood for grape serendipity should opt for the George Lazenby, Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig which gives you a tour of cellarmaster Michael Willison`s smart nuanced palate. As the menu says, “certainly not everybody’s favorites, these two short-lived Bonds and the new kid, Craig, are the oddball long-shots. 50-1 to win. 500-1 on a perfecta,” but make no mistake, this trio of fruity Gruner Veltliner, plummy Cabernet Shiraz and an Austrian Zweigelt is the sure bet to wash down Chef Sarah Nelson’s piece of red-meat heaven. 2706 N.
